Good hotel but can improve staff friendliness.
The location was best for my meeting at Grand Palm.
The staff was not friendly at all.

Good clean rooms.
The breakfast were very poor. They advertise to be ready at 06h30 but when we arrived at 06h40 the staff had only just arrived. The bacon,beans, sausages were put out in containers that were cold. the plates were cold, and the toaster was very inadequate. Aircon in the rooms is old and noisy

The stay was great. The hotel must however attend to the WIFI.
Facility, the staff and food excellent.
The WiFi at Metcourt is almost non-existant. It didn't work in my room ....227.
